A thicker and sweeter Roti Canai with the dough wound in a spiral, served with condensed milk and sugar.

F01 – Fish Head Noodle Soup

Thin vermicelli noodles in a creamy, balanced double-boiled soup. Topped with fried fish head, silken tofu, tomatoes, preserved mustard and choy sum.


N02 – Vegetable Curry Laksa

Hokkien noodles in spicy coconut curry broth with tofu puffs, foo chok (beancurd skin), eggplant, tomatoes and bean sprouts. This is not a vegetarian dish.


N03 – Seafood Curry Laksa

Hokkien noodles in spicy coconut broth with mussels, prawns, eggplant, tofu puffs, foo chok (beancurd skin), fish cake and bean sprouts.


N04 – Pappa Char Koay Teow

Our tasty Pappa Char Koay Teow is made with a burst of “wok hei”, a charcoal like flavour that has made the dish one of our all time favourites. This wok-fried flat noodle dish comes with prawns, fish cakes, egg, bean sprouts and chives.

N07 – Pappa Asam Laksa

Thick rice noodles served in an aromatic fish-based tamarind broth with shredded pineapple, lettuce, red chilli, cucumber, onion and lemongrass. Topped with mint leaves and with shrimp paste served on the side


N08 – Pappa Prawn Mee

Hokkien noodles served in our special Pappa prawn broth, served with fresh prawns, hard boiled egg, chicken slices, bean sprouts and water spinach.
